Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to begin a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and seals intact
- Free from signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
If your product arrived with a quality issue, it qualifies for a full return under this policy. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can handle it correctly.
How to Return an Item
- Sign in to your Supergoopp account and find the order containing the item you want to return.
- Generate a prepaid return shipping label through the return process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label to the outside of the box.
- Drop the package at a location specified by the carrier on the label.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free within the United States and Canada. We provide the prepaid label at no charge. Supergoopp does not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 1–2 business days. After processing, the time it takes for the funds to appear on your account depends on your financial institution. Typically, the refund will reflect on your statement within an additional 7–10 business days. All refunds go back to the original payment method.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the item arrived with a defect covered by our policy. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before shipping it.
